Ingredients
25 ml - BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin
15 ml - MARTINI Riserva Speciale Bitter
15 ml - freshly squeezed lemon juice
15 ml - Honey syrup (3 parts honey / 1 part water)
125 ml – Thomas Henry tonic water
½ - Orange Wheel
Pour your ingredients into a large wine glass (except the tonic). Fill your glass to the top with cubed ice. Top with chilled tonic water and gently stir to integrate the flavours. Finish with half an orange wheel as a garnish before you serve.
